1. How do I place an order?
It couldn't be simpler! Just select your items, choose the size and quantity, and add them to your cart. Once your cart is validated, follow the secure payment steps.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal . All payments are 100% secure.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@nottclothing.com .
If the order has not yet been shipped, we will take the necessary steps.
🚚 Delivery
4. What are the delivery times?
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days , then shipped via Colissimo or Mondial Relay depending on your choice.
Delivery times are generally 2 to 5 business days in mainland France.
5. What are the delivery costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the time of payment, depending on the chosen carrier and the amount of your order.
Free delivery is offered for purchases over €100.
6. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package in real time.

7. What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return any item that is not to your liking.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging .
8. How to make a return?
Contact our customer service at contact@nottclothing.com , stating your order number and the reason for the return.
We will inform you of the procedure to follow.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error on our part.
9. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, it is possible to exchange an item for a different size or model (subject to availability).
Simply submit a return request specifying the desired model.
10. My item has a defect, what should I do?
If a received item is defective or incorrect, immediately contact our customer service at contact@nottclothing.com with a photo of the product in question.
We will proceed with an exchange or a full refund, as appropriate.

12. Are your products mixed?
Most of our models are unisex and designed to suit all body types. Specific cuts (e.g. women's crop top) are indicated in the product description.
